Looking for a fully functional Ubuntu build by fully functional i mean boots headless but able to view it from HDMI also ALL 4 eth Ports (or ALL 5 eth Ports) fully operational along with both USB ports. Stable also after booted is this to much to ask for?

Features/stability mostly depend on linux kernel used…you can replace it by a newer one if needed
