I found a wiki page where a guy used tp link antennas which provide gbit speed at max with Linux on it.
I’ve searched for TP-Link Antennas but didn’t find one, then tehre are ANT5DB antennas but designed for older Banana BPIs so might not be the best choice wifi 6.
I haven’t been able to reach full gigabit speeds (would be curious to see that wiki page), but I’ve been able to get in the 800 Mbps range with the antennas that are in the bundles on AliExpress. If you click the “Official Aliexpress Store” link at the top of the forum, the bundles available there have the antennas I’m using.
This combo worked quite well for me. With 10 meters and 1 reinforced concrete wall between BPI-R3 and Intel AX200 i was able to get 600-650Mbps download at 5Ghz band and 80Mhz. The reason I decided to replace these antennas is that 5Ghz are too long for my BPI-R3 placement.
Worked quite well for 2.4Ghz and not so good for 5Ghz, but still was able to handle 600Mbps download more or less stable. I would say that real specification of these is 5dBi for 2.4GHz an 3dBi for 5GHz band.

It is the best option for me. Provides best Signal and SNR ratio and provides rock stable 800+Mbps.
I moved my antennas back to R64, so I cannot give you the speed. For daily use I still use th R64. I found that I want to experiment some more with the R3.
It is not only the antenna, but also the coaxial wire that makes a difference, so also this needs to be taken in to account when comparing.
