[R3] Sold out or not?

I was just looking how much these would cost. With the high shipping costs of asia-rf wether I would buy a card for R64, or get a R3?

But on the aliexpress site, on the SinoVoip Co Store (I would like the latest version of the board) I cannot even choose one.
