Hi, I’ve recently got a BPi R4 PRO-4E and I’ve been reading the forum to see if there are any images for this I don’t have to compile (I don’t currently have a linux machine). I gather it’s fairly early days for the 4E but can anyone point me at ready-to-use images please?

Or use the vendor image like @mbana suggested until official openwrt support is there.

Hi, I got the 4E as the 8X was a lot more expensive and I really didn’t think I needed the extra ram. Cheers!

Thanks. Trouble with this image is that it has only to one MLD wifi AP (with BE14 card). I want to have three APs - 2, 5 and 6 GHz… do you know how to disable the MLD please?

afaik you cannot disable MLO, and mainline openwrt also have this active (6.18 kernel as merged in 6.16) but you can create 3 wifi devices with the iw commands i posted in the MLO thread behind link to my wiki or use the radio statement like posted there
