Banana Pi R4 + Quectel RM520N-GL: Modem Manager vs quectel-CM

I have been trying to set up Banana Pi R4 and Quectel RM520N-GL for several days now. If I use modem manager, the download speed does not exceed 34 Mbps, and the CPU load is idle by more than 50%. If I switch to quectel-CM, the speed increases to 200-300 Mbps and the CPU load drops to 0-10%, but the modem does not automatically turn on after power off. I have to activate it myself with the nmcli -m 0 -e command. Which is not normal, because when working through the modem manager, it activates the modem itself. It is also unclear how to set priority to 4G via quectel-cm, by default it connects to 3G and I have to force 4G AT command to turn on.

Has anyone encountered such a problem? How can I make momedmanager run at full speed or quectel-cm activate the modem automatically?

P.S.I use the GFriendWRT https://github.com/mdsdtech/GFriendWRT based on ImmortalWRT 24.10.0.

My case 4g internet not working I tried with Quectel EM05-G

Any good idea?? here is my post
