Will BPI-M2+ Work With RaspberryPI Touchscreens?

I would like to try make a small Android tablet with either the BPI-M2+ or the BPI-M2 Zero. I was wondering if the 2.8 inch or 3.5 inch touchscreens that Adafruit sells for the RaspberryPi will work with the BPI-M2 Zero or the BPI-M2+ ? Has anybody here tried using any of their touchscreens?

Bumping this topic. Does anybody know of any 3 inch touchscreens that work with the BPI-M2+?
