How to overwrite eMMC internal memory from 8Gb to 16/32/64G?

Good day everyone !

Manufacturer states :

eMMC 8G on board (option：16/32/64G)

Does this mean I can expand eMMC from 8G to 16 or 32Gb? If so, how do I rewrite.

(As everyone is clear, 8Gb is not enough for a major update, so as internal storage is almost unusable, so I would like to expand eMMC to 16Gb. And I certainly will not leave the OS for the server and I will not use it on the SD card…)

Option mean you can pay more for them to put chip with bigger storage space. This is not software lock - pay for better hardware if you want bigger storage.
