How to change display resolution?

i get BPI M2+ Berry, and i installed Ubuntu 16.04mate(Released 2017-11-13). but the resolution of the display is fixed at 1280 x 720 and can not be changed.

so i want to know that…

1.How to change resolution

2.How to automatically recognize resolution

thanks,it worked, so how to disable (or fix) over-scan ? and how to set another resolution(ex.1366x768) ?
