there is a way of turning on the banana pi berry without push power botton only inserting the power cable?

Hi Alberto I would not do that because the SD card and the system could take damage.

Hi Wolfgang,

I turn off the system via command “shutdown -h”. After this if i push power botton the system turne on instead if i insert and unset then power plug the system don’t turne on.

However I turn off the system regulary via command line and i think that thin non damage the sd card or am i wrong?

For me it is, I have disconnected the power cord from the berry to the power supply.
It may be that on the power supply a Kontenator still charged so that he prevents it.
