Hey, Can I plug a SSD in one of the M.2 ports on the BPI W2 ? Is there a SATA controller for the miniPCIe ports ? Does someone have an Amazon link to a compatible disk ? Thank you !
No, it is not possible to insert mSATA or M.2 SSD into BPI-W2 due to incompatibility. M.2 SSD requires M.2 key M or M.2 key B (with SATA). There is M.2 key B, but it only provides USB2.0 interface and SIM card connection, so it won’t work with SSD.
