Hdmi on Tv noise and flickers

Hi,

When i connect the bananapi with the TV by HDMI, i got picture like this:

And it is flickering also.

This could be the hdmi cable? It a noname high speed cable with ethernet, 1 meters long.

Somebody has a clue what should i do with this?

Try another cable and try some other device with the same cable …

If another cable does the same thing, the problem could me with cross-compatibility of hdmi versions, for example TV might have older one.
