Nice! Is the wifi working on ubuntu 16.04? Do you have a status update for HDMI support on ubuntu 16.04? Cheers, Ed

Will the WiFi & BT module work as WiFi router?

@sinovoip Hello bpi team,

when trying to take a 4g modem EM7455 in operation, I have so far failed the following.

The module itself is detected, all drivers are loaded, but the inserted sim is not recognized.

The EM7455 works with other hardware without any problems. The only difference was that with bpi-w2 at the pin 66 still an external wiring with pullup exists. With other hardware this pin is not connected.

Could that be the reason that the sim is not recognized?

Excerpt of the docu of the modems: em7455_1 At another point in the forum Banana Pi BPI-W2 DXF file update I noticed that it is now a hw.rev. 1.1 gives. My board is still hw.rev.1.0. Has anything changed in this regard?

Could you describe changes in the forum or wiki?

A circuit diagram would certainly be very helpful!
