BPI-M2 Berry is not booting, LED ist RED

Hello.

I did buy two BPI-M2 Berrys.

Both are not working. I did use 2 Diffrent SD_Cards.

I did try it with Android and Armbian.
I Did use Win32DiskImager,Rufus, Etcher, Phoenix SD.

What i am doing wrong? This makes me kind of Angry. I should have buyed the Raspberry PI. But the BPI was cheapter. But is not working.
