There is no difference. That’s three times the very same SoC. Allwinner only implements different SoC IDs that are tested by Allwinner’s proprietary boot0 BLOB (that does DRAM initialisation and that gets misused by Allwinner to do marketing differentiation).
three chip Performance is same. but source code from allwinner support is not same . just this is diffrence.
